We actively promote and enhance the value of the strength and conditioning profession, our members, and their activities, particularly among key stakeholders in Swiss sports and the broader public.

Expertise

We certify a high level of expertise in the field of strength and conditioning for our members and the athletes they work with.

Advocate

We represent the interests of our members and facilitate their recognition by political authorities, medical institutions, and various organizations within the sports industry

Collaboration & Development

We unite certified strength and conditioning coaches (University/University of Applied Sciences graduates) working in Switzerland to create a platform for member collaboration. Our continuing education programs support their professional development.

The SSCA is open to individuals holding a master’s degree in Movement and Sports Sciences from a university or a University of Applied Sciences, with a focus on training and performance, exercise physiology, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the committee. University and HES faculty involved in these programs, as well as enrolled students, are also eligible.
