This second clinics will take place on Saturday 31 August in Zurich. The theme will be training with rotation and anti-rotation using the medicine ball. This clinic will be given by Sam Boehringer, former fitness trainer for the Swiss ice hockey team and currently fitness trainer for a number of Swiss NHL players.
